True service to God (Kiddush Hashem) is not just ritual, but absolute honesty and integrity in all daily life: business, home, and interactions with everyone, including non-Jews. The first question in Heaven is about business honesty. Hypocrisy – a religious appearance paired with dishonesty or immodesty – is a severe Chillul Hashem. Your character (kindness, generosity, guarded speech) defines you. Every single action either sanctifies or desecrates God's name; there is no neutral.
