The response was overwhelming, with tens of thousands of resumes flooding their offices. Only a select few hundred, the most qualified minds, were chosen for an in-person test: disassemble a laptop. Amidst a room full of typical IT professionals, one individual stood out. A Hasid, in a long coat, with peyos and a beard, meticulously worked alongside everyone else. Spectators wondered, "What does this man know about computers?" After the disassembly, a break was called, sending everyone out for lunch and socialization. Yet, this Abraham, as he was known, chose a different path. He found a quiet corner, took out a tiny book, and began to mumble and daven, oblivious to the chuckles and whispers around him. This task, far more complex than disassembly, truly tested the engineers’ skills. Abraham, however, seemed to struggle, assembling and disassembling repeatedly, a puzzled look on his face. Laughter erupted from the crowd. The person in charge eventually called for a halt. Computers were turned on, and to no one's surprise, every machine functioned perfectly. Then came the final, unexpected question: "Does anyone have extra parts left?" Only one hand rose. Abraham, sheepishly, admitted to having one extra screw, unsure of its origin despite his careful checks. The room burst into laughter once more. But then, the surprising announcement came. The company only needed one candidate, and that person was Abraham. The room fell silent as the manager revealed a crucial detail. During the break, he had personally placed an extra screw in every pile of parts. The reason for Abraham's hire? His unwavering honesty.
