Rabbi Yaron Reuven discusses the meaning of the verse in Isaiah that states "And all your children shall be taught by HaShem, and great shall be the peace of your children." He explains that this verse does not mean that every Jew automatically has a share in the World to Come, but rather that every Jew has the potential to achieve this.
