Efraim Palvanov is very popular, but teaching things against the Jewish tradition, like Torah She'Baal Peh (the Oral Torah) is not from Mount Sinai, wasting seed is allowed, tefillin is a Rabbinical invention, and other things that are clearly not in the Masoret and against Halacha. Rav Feldman emphasizes that Efraim Palvanov is not an authority on Judaism and his conclusions are false based on distortions of Jewish texts.
