For the past decade, the BeEzrat HaShem Inc. team has brought you countless shiurim and Torah films to inspire you to do TeShuva and return to HaShem and His Torah. Since music can elevate some souls to the highest places, we're excited to introduce you to the first BeEzrat HaShem TeShuva song of Inspiration. Enjoy. SONG: THE MITZVAH OF LOVE LYRICS: Verse 1 Of loving your fellow, each יהודי like you. It’s not about loving every Jew just the same— Even the רמב"ן speaks on this, explains the aim. To wish them the best, just as you’d wish your own, To care for their needs, never leave them alone. Chorus ואהבת לרעך כמוך, care deep and care wide, Want for them what you want, keep השם by your side. It’s through actions, not words, that this love we embrace, A love that reflects השם’s holy grace. Verse 2 This מצוה applies to those holding תורה close, To יהודים observant, in השם they boast. For the secular Jew, we must help bring them near, Guide them to תשובה, with love and with fear. To show them the path that leads back to His way, So they find the light and no longer stray. Chorus ואהבת לרעך כמוך, care deep and care wide, Want for them what you want, keep השם by your side. It’s through actions, not words, that this love we embrace, A love that reflects השם’s holy grace. Verse 3 But those who seek to destroy תורה’s way, To lead others astray, cause תורה’s decay, It’s a מצוה to hate them, defend what is true, Our love’s not for those who would darken our view. Stand strong for the truth, don’t let Torah fall, To protect His name, we must answer the call. Chorus ואהבת לרעך כמוך, care deep and care wide, Want for them what you want, keep השם by your side. It’s through actions, not words, that this love we embrace, A love that reflects השם’s holy grace. Bridge Don’t steal, don’t speak לשון הרע, be true, Help them as you would, their property too. But love’s not complete without spiritual care, Their eternal wellbeing, a bond beyond compare. Through actions of kindness, we lift up their soul, So they, too, may come back to השם’s perfect goal. Verse 4 And about the גר צדק, a love strong and pure, The רמב"ם says greater than others for sure. Thirty-six times in תורה it’s said, To love them as much as השם is our thread. For those who convert, embrace their new way, We love them as family, and for them we pray. #teshuvamusic #jewishculture #jewishmusic Outro ואהבת לרעך כמוך, a מצוה to strive, To love with compassion, to keep souls alive. Each action we take, may it mirror above, A true מצוה of honor, השם’s gift of love.
